I usually always have a spotter once I get into heavier weights because I’m still lowkey traumatized from a scary squat fail years ago…but Isaac wasn’t there to spot me, so I told myself I HAVE to trust the safeties and bail it if needed 🫡

Sooo you know what we did? We locked TF in and did it scared anyways 🔒🎧

That’s how confidence is built 🫡 it comes from showing up regardless of fear and proving to yourself that you can handle hard things 👏🏼
