315lbs 🥹 This lift means SO much to me. Last year I failed 315lbs multiple times and every single miss was sooo frustrating because deep down I knew the strength was there… but it apparently just wasn’t my time yet. I took a step back for a few months from chasing numbers, but we were sooo close before and I knew I wanted to build back eventually to redeem it.

Finally being able to squat 3 plates with ease felt unreal 😭 and after seeing how fast it moved and this being my final block before my cut I was like naaaa we goin UP! LOL…SURPISE! 325LBS COOKED! 🤝🥳

I think moments like this are such a reminder that failure isn’t the end of the story. The delays, setbacks and failed attempts are exactly what shape you into the person capable of doing even more than you originally thought.

So if you’re in a season where things aren’t clicking yet, keep showing up anyways. If you are passionate about something and stick to the plan, your time will come too 🤘🏼 LFG!!
