Working together we will transform your body naturally to it's best version. First, starting with the "foundation," I will assess your structure, posture, and muscle alignment so that I can determine the best solution for you to have overall improved posture. Second, I will assess your body's strength and activation. I always say there is no for weights if you are unable lift your own body weight, or are simply unaware of how to activate selective muscle groups. We will work together to make sure you know how to activate each muscle group and are comfortable lifting your own bodyweight. Third, and most important, nutrition! You cannot have a healthy heart if you are not eating healthfully. With my experience and expertise, I am confident that I can help you become the healthiest version of yourself.

Growing up I learned the hard way that love can be delivered in many different ways. This can come in ways you may not prefer. Some people call it tough love. But really the tough part about it is actually realizing that tough love isnโ€™t optimal and being the person to set the boundary and say, โ€œHey, this way doesnโ€™t work for me.โ€ You can then redirect how you want to receive and give love the way that is most effective for you. Recently I discovered that my cervical spine was losing its backwards-c shape. As you can imagine, when you are subluxated you are in pain, your body doesnโ€™t operate at its highest potential. So Iโ€™ve made it a point to focus more on exercises that donโ€™t heavily impact my spine with weekly bodywork. That said, there is always an obstacle to work around when an injury occurs.
