THE NEXT CHAPTER OF REFUGE STARTS NOW. 🔥

For the last 18 months, Refuge has been a place for local athletes to rent a cage, take a lesson, attend a camp, or get some extra work in.

Now we're building something bigger.

Refuge is becoming a year-round Athlete Development Center.

Because real development doesn't happen from one lesson every few weeks. It comes from consistent training, quality coaching, repetition, and having a place to put in the work.

That's why we're introducing the Refuge Player Development Membership.

Give your athlete a stronger foundation before the next season begins.

Refuge’s new 6-Week Offseason Player Development Program is open to youth baseball and softball players. This structured program combines fundamental skill instruction, conditioning, individual evaluation, and measurable player development.

PROGRAM INCLUDES:

• Initial player evaluation and conditioning baseline
• Ongoing progress evaluations
• Footwork, balance, and body control
• Throwing and receiving fundamentals
• Ground-ball fielding and fly-ball tracking
• Speed, agility, strength, and conditioning
• Defensive awareness and decision-making
• Final evaluation with individual feedback

CHOOSE YOUR TRAINING OPTION:

ONE DAY PER WEEK
Saturdays | 10:00–11:00 AM
6 total sessions | $179

TWO DAYS PER WEEK
Saturdays and Sundays | 10:00–11:00 AM

Baseball and softball catchers — this class is built just for you.

Our 6-Week Catcher Academy is designed to help young athletes develop the skills, confidence, and leadership needed to become the player every team depends on behind the plate.

Whether your athlete is brand new to catching or looking to build a stronger foundation, this program provides professional instruction in a small-group environment where every player receives individual coaching and feedback.

Players Will Learn
Proper catcher stance and receiving

Framing and presentation

Introduction to blocking

Throwing mechanics and footwork

Bunt defense and plays at the plate

Game situations and catcher leadership

Each player receives ongoing coaching throughout the program, with homework assignments to reinforce skills between classes and track improvement from week to week.

Players should bring their own catcher's gear.
Need equipment? We have a limited number of loaner sets available. Please let us know ahead of time.

Spots are intentionally limited to ensure every athlete receives quality instruction.
