Breathe Deep and push through 💪🏽 This man has lost 25 Lbs in a month! Having a great drive and positive frame of mind is key to reaching toward your goals. He's training 3 times a week and cardio on his off days. He has also done an amazing job committing to improving his nutrition. We are giving him the tools and he's doing the hard work. So very proud!
