Today, we’re celebrating two outstanding members of the Derby City Gaming Downtown team who continue to go above and beyond for our guests and their fellow team members!
Kevin Peacock — Gaming Performance Supervisor
Kevin has been with DCGD since Day 1, starting his journey as a Gaming Technician. Today, he leads the gaming technology side of the operation, overseeing scheduling, ordering, machine PMs, downloads and daily operations.
Kevin was recognized for his Leadership & Ownership and Commitment to Service & Development. He consistently steps up wherever he’s needed, supports his team, looks for opportunities to grow and takes pride in keeping the department running smoothly.
Elizabeth “Beth” Wimsatt — Cage Lead
In just about six months, Beth has grown from Cage Cashier to Cage Lead through her eagerness to learn, willingness to jump in wherever needed and dedication to helping her team. Beth was recognized for being helpful, friendly and an incredible multitasker, always going above and beyond to provide great service to our guests and support her team.
