What is the best rep range for your goals.
-If you want to build muscle then I would recommend 12-15 reps because this will make the exercise affect the muscle and rip the muscle fibers so they grow
-If you want to build strength then I would work in the 5-8 rep range because this will allow your muscles to lift heavy weight and still get your muscles use to working more

It takes time to see results.
Most people what results in a short amount of time and then get upset when they don't see results. I takes the body around three months for you to see some results. Its all about waiting and not giving up and keep going till you crush your goals.
