Guess what I did this week? I teach conscious creation. And this week I caught myself doing the opposite.

Not dramatically. Quietly. Subtly. I found myself allowing my attention to focus on what I didn’t want to see more of, feeding it without even realizing I was doing it.

That’s how unconscious creation works. It doesn’t announce itself. It just borrows your focus while you’re not looking.

The shift isn’t about being perfect. It’s about noticing. It’s about becoming aware. Because the moment you see it, something shifts. You notify the Universe that you are available for change. That’s where the I AM work lives. Not in thinking differently, but in becoming the frequency of what you’re actually calling in.

For years I thought I was failing because I hadn’t figured out the right strategy yet.

More planning. More courses. More steps. More THINGS. I thought if I could just get the HOW right, everything would click into place.

What I didn’t understand then (and what changed everything when I finally got it 😊) is that strategy doesn’t create your life. Your identity does. What you are embodying is what you transmit. And that’s what the Universe responds to.

The version of me who was still trying to figure out HOW to have what I wanted could never have it. Because she wasn’t the version of me who naturally lived that way.

Those are two completely different starting points. And only one of them actually works.

You are not behind. You are not missing a strategy. You are in the middle of becoming the version of you who doesn’t need to figure it out, because you already ARE it.

The question isn’t whether you’re creating. You are. Every thought, every belief, every word, every choice. The question is whether you’re creating consciously. And everything we’ve explored this month, the observe herself, energetic, accountability, the power of I am, it all leads here.

Creation is always happening. This isn’t something you do when you sit down to manifest. Every thought sends a signal. Every belief filters perception. Every word reinforces a pattern. The only question is whether you’re doing at consciously.

The distinction between creator consciousness and victim consciousness directly connected back to the observer self. Separated self asks why is this happening to me. The observer self, which is creator consciousness, asks what is this showing me and what is within my power right now.

Embodiment. If you desire peace practice peace. If you desire love become more loving towards yourself first. If you desire abundance, cultivate genuine appreciation for what already exists. This is not toxic positivity. It is energetic, alignment. You don’t pretend the hard things aren’t hard. You just choose where you place your creative energy.

Integration. You are both the creator and the creation. Every thought, belief, word, and choice is a brush stroke. Creation doesn’t begin when you’re ready. It begins now.

Most of us are living from I AM statements we never consciously chose.

I AM not good enough. I AM always the one who struggles. I AM someone who can never seem to get ahead. Picked up in childhood, in hard seasons, in moments where someone else’s words landed somewhere they had no business being.

And the wild thing, we’ve been broadcasting that frequency ever since. Not because we chose it. Because we never stopped to question it.

Today or tomorrow, give yourself five minutes. Just five.

Write down the I AM statements you’ve been living from — the ones running quietly in the background, shaping your decisions, your relationships, your sense of what’s possible for you.

Then underneath each one, write the I AM you actually want to claim.

You don’t have to believe it fully yet. You don’t have to feel ready. You just have to be willing to choose it. That willingness is where everything begins to shift.

For years my I AM sounded like this.

I AM too sensitive. I AM too much. I AM not cut out for this.

I had no idea I was giving those statements the same power as a prayer.

Every single time I said them, my body heard it. My field heard it. My subconscious heard it. And it just kept building the evidence to prove me right.

The day I started choosing my I AM deliberately, not slapping a positive affirmation over an unchanged inner world, but actually meeting myself with awareness and deciding, everything began to shift.

If you’ve been living from I AM statements you never consciously chose, you’re not alone. Most of us inherited ours. From our families, our cultures, our experiences, the things people said about us when we were too young to question them.

The two most powerful words you will ever speak are the ones you say a hundred times a day without thinking.

I AM.

Every time you say them, your cells receive the instruction. The universe takes the order. You are not reflecting on who you are when you say “I am” — you are commanding reality to organise itself around that declaration.

Which means the question isn’t whether your I AM statements are working.

They are always working.

The question is what they’re working for.
Are they building this: I am broke. I am stuck. I am tired. I am not enough. I am too much. I am depressed. I am stressed.

Or this: I AM the creator of my reality. I AM abundant. I AM powerful beyond measure. I AM surrounded by people who love me fiercely and support me fully. I AM safe. I AM loved. I AM someone this world has never seen before.

The declarations you make in private become the life you live in public.

So I want to know — what are you claiming? Drop your I AM statements below. The ones you’re ready to stand behind. The ones that feel like truth, even if they’re still becoming true.
