🗓️ SCHEDULE UPDATE🗓️
Linked and pictured below is the fall softball schedule. You guys took it up a notch this year from four teams to five🙌. You rock!

1. With having five teams, the first two weeks of the schedule will have three games and the final two weeks of the regular season will have two games each. This allows for more games while the weather should be nicer versus later in the season. It also allows for any rainouts that might occur the first two weeks to be plugged into the final two weeks.
2. Denise’s and Kirk’s teams will have one double header which also means these two teams will have one bye week. Please pay attention to the schedule to see when your double headers and byes will be.
3. All teams play each other once, and all teams have two games as the home team and two games as the visitors.

🥎There’s still a little time left to get registered for the fall softball season that begins this Thursday. If you didn’t get registered today text Denise ASAP at (502) 386-8943. Below are the details for this fun, condensed league.
- Games begin this Thursday
- 4 regular season games
- Tournament scheduled for Thursday, November 21
- Halloween night, no games🎃
- Only $55 to play
- Registration deadline is Sunday, October 13

🥎Last Thursday brought an exciting finale to our summer season. In the first semifinal game, undefeated and top seed, Team Kirk, was down by 3 runs in the bottom of the 6th to team Phoenix when they stormed back to tie it up in the bottom half of the inning. After Phoenix notched the go ahead run in the top of the 7th, Kirk Stidham hit a 2 run bomb 30’ up in the right field trees for a walkoff homerun and a spot in the championship game against Team Alex.

In the championship game Team Alex jumped out to an early lead, but Team Kirk rallied to keep it close. After a slow start to the season Team Alex closed it out with a four game win streak and a championship to the FCSC 2024 summer league. Big time congrats to Team Kirk for winning the regular season and Team Alex for taking the league title🏆. We’ll get your championship shirts to you ASAP. Also, a huge THANK YOU to everyone who played and the fans for coming out to watch. You guys really do make Thursday nights a ball.
