Start your Derby Day off with a group run! We will be meeting at the Iroquois Park amphitheater at 8 am (arrive early) and doing an 8 mile loop. Wear your bright colors or derby themed outfits and come run with us!

Start the new year off on the right foot! The 9th annual KorfEdge New Years Day run! We will be meeting at Pope Lick park at 10 a.m. to run 10 miles but you can run any distance you’d like (it’s an out and back course). We can’t wait to see you in 2026!

Join us for Thirsty Thursday at Parlor this Thursday, December 18th at 5:30 for a run and 6:30 for the gift exchange. All are welcome 🎄🎅

Wanted to take some time to point out that our namesake founders Tracy Edgerton and Mike Korfhage have known each other for 18 years as of today. Tracy and his wife Karen have been married for over 35 years, and Mike and his wife Kara are approaching 29 years. Here’s to a lifetime of love, friendship, and commitment to our health and success as human beings. These two have changed their local running community forever. Take some time today to give them some recognition!

It’s time for our favorite race of the year. is a terrific charity and has a mission statement to make a difference in the lives of special needs children and their families. If you do any race this summer, make it this one.

We love our local summer 5k’s! Yesterday was a fun time at for the Viking dash. We hope you’ll come out to the next one.

It’s ☀️ SUMMERTIME ☀️ and boy, are we thirsty! Those fall marathons aren’t going to prep themselves. Run in the heat with us, and then hydrate afterwards at in J-Town. Every Thursday at 5:30, we got easy miles and sweaty smiles 💦
