Phil Talks Whiskey Hosting Unique and Custom Whiskey Adventures of all shapes and sizes! There is a lot to love about whiskey. And we want to share all of it!

We will build custom, unique experiences that can range from tasting our way through a flight of bourbons or provide bourbon education training for your group. We can create a challenging whiskey trivia night complete with prizes or build the ideal event perfect for a company outing. The only thing we need YOU to bring to one of our events is your curiosity and your whiskey glass. Our goal is to make sure that everyone learns something new about bourbon and maybe even discover a favorite new whiskey in the process!

Believe it or not, I found this fun bottle a couple years ago, hiding on a back shelf in a liquor store in New Jersey.

Unique and tasty, but I can still see why it didn’t become a permanent extension to the Beam line….

I had the opportunity to appear on New Day Cleveland LIVE this morning to talk about one of my favorite subjects...wh***ey!⁠

If you know me, you know I can chat about the world of bourbon all day long, so getting the chance to share a little wh***ey knowledge and some stories on live television was a cool experience.⁠

Easily, one of my favorite things about wh***ey has always been the way it brings people togwther and the stories behind every bottle. ⁠Even if that means sharing a poor on live television at 10 o’clock in the morning.

This time of year, I often get asked about suggestions on best Kentucky Thoroughbred Horse Farms to visit. At the top of the conversation is always in Paris, KY. ⁠

Along with some other famed horses, a small cemetery serves as the serene final resting place of the legendary Secretariat. ⁠
⁠
If you're wondering about the flowers, the arrangements start showing up at Claiborne every year around Derby time, and that will probably continue until another horse starts breaking some of Secretariat's 50+ year old racing records!⁠

The whole farm is truly the epitome of Kentucky beauty and is well worth taking the time to tour. I highly recommend pairing it with a visit to Old Friends Thoroughbred Retirement Farm! 🌹✨

The bottle is empty, and the glass is full. It is absolutely remarkable that this all works.

Science is pretty amazing!

I'll be submitting all of this top-notch wh***ey research for a Nobel Prize or at least some kind of fancy Sciencey medal soon. 🥃😂
