Lyndon Lightning Softball

The Lightning 14U ended their summer season with a runner up finish at the Future Stars tournament in Santa Claus, IN! Our weekend included a double digit win, another no-hit shutout, and a very gritty extra innings victory in the semis. Well done ladies! ⚡️🥎⚡️

Lightning 14U are the Champs of the Bring on the Heat tournament in Edinburgh!!!

We went 5-1 on the weekend. Won our pool, then cruised to 4-0 in bracket play with three shutouts and a no hitter. It all came together: small ball hitting, power hitting, smart and aggressive baserunning, solid defense, great pitching. A well-deserved tournament championship for these ladies!

Lyndon Lightning 14U fastpitch softball is hosting a tryout this Sunday, August 13, to complete our roster for the 2023-24 season. We are looking for 5 or 6 young ladies to replace our friends who just aged up.

We seek girls who love softball, have the determination to improve their skills, and are great teammates on and off the field.

Tournaments will be within 2 hours of Louisville.

📢Calling all young softballers!!!📢

We are hosting a softball clinics for girls grades K-6 to help support the growth and development of our softball community!! The clinic will cover all the fundamentals and offer additional sessions for pitchers and catchers. Only $25 for a full 2 & 1/2 hours of instruction, take-home drills, competition and tons of FUN!!!!! (+15 for additional hour of pitching or catching) Q&A also available for new coaches. All proceeds will help fund our ’23/‘24 season.
