Want a way to proactively prevent injury while getting stronger for climbing?

Our calisthenics classes are a great way to build strength, mobility, and body awareness that carries over to the wall. Will leads the classes, and he’s pretty much the nicest guy you could ask to get stronger with.

Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6–7:30 PM, and you can add unlimited calisthenics to your Rocksport membership for just $20/month.

Get stronger. Move better. Stay climbing.
