This Memorial Day, the Murph is back!
1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, and 300 air squats!
Classes will only be in the morning and our friends at will be there with some tasty drinks!

Get ready for a fun one this Saturday!
Each team will have a coin. Partners will take turns flipping the coin to determine which of the two movements that partner will do at each station.
Partner 1 will flip for station 1. Partner 2 will flip for station 2. Partner 1 will then flip for station 3, ect. You go I go style for each station. Be ready to Flip!
Heads is movement 1 for each station and tails is the second movement in each station.
Donโt forget to bring a friend and stick around after the WOD for the Coaches Burpee Challenge and Full Tilt Gym social brunch at Flanagans Ale House.

Bracing your core can make or break a lift and carries over into everything we do, in and out of the gym.
Today our skill work was L-holds and hollow body rocks, trying to focus on proper breathing and bracing.
