To the single moms who are overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious, and just trying to keep everything together… I see you.
That was me.

Bravenly didn’t just help me financially — it helped me mentally and physically too.
They teach you everything so you never feel lost or unqualified. You learn why these products support your mood, energy, metabolism, inflammation… all of it.

If you’re craving support, community, and another stream of income you can do from your phone… this might be your sign. 🤍

JUST YOU CASUAL REMINDER ✨

Hard work pays off BUT it takes time! Quitting before you get there won’t help you get there👏🏼👏🏼

LEFT- July 2020 I was posing hard af in this🤣 I cringed lol
RIGHT- April 2024 took this randomly today to see the pump 🥲🍑

Not the best comparison photos but I was too proud of my progress not to post and remind you NOT to quit before you get there progress DO NOT happen overnight!!👏🏼

✨Something I don’t think is talked about enough in the fitness industry, is mental health✨

Fitness can be sooo much more the physical health 👏🏼 it’s my mental health 🥰 I started for my mental health I didn’t even realize where I’d be today when I started… 😇

Do you know me I love taking my daily gym selfies 🥳 it’s like my accountability of taking a daily gym selfie and having to post it🤣 I have a few people on Snapchat and my Instagram stories who will ask if I’m doing okay if I don’t post and that means the world to me. It’s like creating a little community.🥰🥰

Don’t be afraid to send the message, don’t be afraid to complement someone, don’t be afraid to make a new friend, we are all in our own journey and you never know what someone is going through maybe you will make their day!!😋

6 weeks PP — 2 years PP🥲

Something I WORKED hard to achieve. I did that. I worked for that. I stayed consistent to get here.

DISCIPLINE >> MOTIVATION🔥

I always hate when people discredit someone’s hard work!!🫠 people will say “oh well it’s just cause you had a baby” ?🤔 well personally I gained 80 lbs while pregnant and 6 weeks PP I was still 50lbs heavier then I currently am.. 🤯

Sooo was it my time, sweat, consistency, discipline, training?? Or just luck. It’s ALWAYS your hard work👏🏼 i DONOT have good genetics of weight control. Most of my family have been “overweight” or struggle with weight gain especially after having kids… if you know much about me you know I’ve always had more obstacles in my journey then most people who are 50 BUT YOU CAN’T OVERCOME IF YOU NEVER START!

You can’t reach your goals if you don’t keep trying. You can’t make progress if you quit before you get there. Motivation will come and go.

Even as a trainer I can’t MAKE you start or stay consistent BUT I can make sure you get on the right path and stay on it for your goals. I CAN help you feel more confident in knowing what to do. I CAN help be here when you need advice, encouragement, questions, support, changes to your routine, take the time of “planning” your workout, AND SO MUCH MORE!!

Message me for further information 🥰
