Clinic Closure Update ❄️

After driving the roads and assessing our parking lot this morning, we’ve made the decision to close the clinic today for everyone’s safety.

We will be reaching out throughout the day to patients who were scheduled today to help get appointments rescheduled.

At this time, we plan to be open during normal hours tomorrow, pending conditions.

Thank you for your understanding, and please stay safe.

Weather Update – Monday ❄️

Due to weather and road conditions, ProActive Physical Therapy and Wellness will be closed Monday morning. At this time, we are planning to open at 2:00 PM, pending improvement in conditions.

We will continue to monitor the weather and will post an update by 10:00 AM if anything changes in regards for the afternoon appointments.
