An osteoporosis diagnosis does not mean you need to stop lifting weights or avoid challenging exercise. It means you need the right exercises, proper supervision, and a program that progresses with you.
Cyndi has continued to get stronger through our ProActive Osteogenic Strength Program. In this video, she is deadlifting 100 pounds, performing upper body strength exercises, working on core stability, and even completing a 9 inch step jump.
This is what progressive strength training can look like when it is tailored to the individual. The goal is not just stronger bones. It is building the strength, confidence, and power needed to stay active and independent.
If you have osteoporosis or osteopenia and are unsure how to exercise safely, we would be happy to talk with you.
