Theo is a 58 year old that is just beginning his fitness journey! He is three weeks in and has taken the bull by the horns and made drastic changes. From two a days to counting macros he is all in. 3 weeks is all it has been so far and I would say he has seen massive results!

Starting at 127lbs about 3 months ago to now being 143lbs this is the heaviest Arty has ever weighed! He was able to do this Through his hard work, a good nutrition plan and an awesome workout program. 16 pounds in 12 weeks is optimal. That’s just barely over a pound a week so it ensures that all mass being added is lean muscle.

Johnny has made huge strides the last 11 months. We kept running into health problems for multiple months in a row so we had to change the program. My man is down 20 lbs in 3 months, but has also gained muscle mass. The last month has seen no weight loss but his waist has gotten smaller. This means re composition (fat loss/muscle gain). Jon has put in the work and he is starting to reap the benefits from it. The more muscle he has the fat that gets burned through out the day. 3 months from now we will do another set of progress pics to keep sharing all of Jons gains and progress.

This is Max Kaufman. He has been a client of mine for some time and has made stride after stride of improvement. He has gained vasts amount of strength while also cutting 60+ pounds of fat. I was never one to take CBD products or even give them much consideration. After discovering Cornbread H**p and reading about their product I decided to get a couple jars. I used one for personal use and to let family and friends try and the other for clients that had issues like Arthritis, anxiety, sleep disorders and sciatic pain related to muscle impingement. Even if you don’t suffer from any ailments they are still a great healthy way to un wind and kick back after a long day! I will continue to use these daily as I have never had better sleep!
