We are local, we are family, we support and promote charities and other small businesses in our communities.

Hi! If you are new around here, we are Bigfoot Timing, your Jeffersontown based arm of Central Kentucky Race Management. We are an event management and race timing company. From full service race timing, management and consulting to ticketing events, press conferences, corporate meetings, video trailers, LED video banners and DJ services, we have a lot to offer. The backbone that makes so much magic happen is our family.

Greg, Kim and Josh manage the daily operations, staff scheduling, event booking and equipment maintenance and rentals. Our kids and staff are out every weekend with us making the magic happen. With our small team we tackle a lot of amazing things. We are incredibly grateful for the strong supportive community you all have built around us! Thank you for your love, support and continued effort to share and participate in many of our 200 races we work.with a year.

What just happened to the last 14 days....they flew by as fast as some of those speedy Cross Country runners crossing the finish line. Oh that's right we timed 14 races across the Bluegrass. From a couple of Cross Country meets, to plenty of festival 5Ks, plus a Bigfoot themed trail party and a 24 Hour Ultra! 🫠
Oh yeah, we have 6 more coming in hot this week!

For those who continue to come out and support us, support these charities, and be a part of this awesome community, THANK YOU! We cannot do what we do and the charities raise funds and awareness without you.

For those who are not aware, all races we time have results in near real time posted to their respective RunSignUp or Athletic Live pages. If there is ever an issue they may be down while we resolve the issue, but usually back up within an hour or so.

Additionally, if the Bigfoot team is on site you can typically find a finish line video on our YouTube channel. Nothing professional, but fun to see you or a loved one finish. Or helpful if a result is missing so we have a time stamp and can quickly resolve any questions.

The bundle is here! The air is cooling and the leaves are changing, which means it's time to gear up for the 2026 Winter Warrior Series. Sign up for two or more races and save. The first race is next month!

The Deam Lake Winter Warrior is on Sunday November 8, 2026. It includes the following events: 6 Mile, 12 Miler, and 4-Hour Endurance Run.

Our 3rd year of the Kentucky Cryptid Trail Series is in the books! Thank you all for coming out and joining us as we celebrated you, trail running, community and having a great time in the woods.

Winter Warrior Trail Series starts in November and carries us through February. It is a great training motivator for those with big spring goals or even taking on a local legend like Louisville Lovin' The Hills. Let's keep encouraging, motivating and inspiring others to do hard things and get the most of each day.

The end of the Kentucky Cryptid Trail Series is coming this Sunday. Bigfoot is our last Cryptid of the series and we are getting prepared for a wild weekend. 5 and 8 Mile Trail courses.

Check out our survivor gear for this year. Survivors must complete 3 or the 4 races in the series. We have a good 20 or so already with plenty of Bigfoot Bait who need to still get out there and finish the challenge.

Now that we have finally slept more than a couple of hours since Thursday. We are wrapping up the weekend and preparing for the week ahead.

Hot Rod Ultra was a blast! Greg, Cam and I loved being out there supporting, encouraging and cheering you all on toward your goals. Timing such an event present some unique challenges. We recorded over 26,800 laps across the various races. That translates in over 8,300 miles. Amazing 24 hours!

We hope to have you join us for the Spencer Co Octoberfest this Tuesday and Kentucky Cryptid - Bigfoot Sunday.

We love our running community! New, Regular, Returning, Volunteer or Spectators We Love You! Thank you for your support, participation and spreading the word! We do what we do for you.

Kim, Greg and I work day in and day out around day jobs, kids, and life to keep bringing you unique fun events. Most benefiting local charities that are near and dear to your hearts and families.

Joe pictured here with Josh is a great example of someone who embodies a passion, excitement, and positive energy that is contagious. He participates in so many races across the region, but we love it when he is able to join us.

Okay, okay, but hear me out! We should host back to back races at Iroquois Park on the same weekend as Louder Than Life. It will be a blast 🫠

For real, Thank you all for coming out and supporting our nonsense!

Brain Aneurysm Foundation 5K was awesome Saturday morning. Just under 200 registrations this year. Thank you for supporting the research and awareness of this cause.

The Lookout is our newest crafting of a community focused event running 7-ish miles hitting up all 4 of the Iroquois Park overlooks and still getting in a full loop at the bottom. We host these races for you with affordable registrations, great atmosphere and of course Biggie Smalls representing! Thank you to each and everyone of you who came out and joined us on such a jam packed weekend. Your continued support keeps us developing unique and new races at low cost for the whole community.

That's not all. CKRM as a whole hosted and/or timed 7 races this weekend. We have 5 more this upcoming weekend. Plenty of choices for any and all. We hope to see you soon. Thanks for being awesome!
