Woo-hoo! Great turn out of amazing participants at Louisville H.E.R.O. Run 2026. Thank you to everyone involved for such an amazing event.

We have broken 600 registered participants for the H.E.R.O. Run this Saturday! Bibs are chipped and packet pick up is this Friday at Mission BBQ on Shelbyville Road. We are excited and hope to see you this weekend!

Iroquois Hill Runners Swags 5K was a bit humid but overall a great evening. Thanks for coming out and joining us! We hope to see more of your smiling faces Saturday!

After last weekend's races we took the week to pause and celebrate one of our own graduating and preparing for her next steps into college Cross Country and Track. Soar high Gemma!

In the days leading up to KDF, Charles and Erica found themselves in a tough spot. Their flights were scheduled to land after expo hours, putting their race packet pick-up, and ultimately race day in jeopardy.

Charles gave our store a call, shared their situation, and without hesitation, our shoe fit experts Harmony and Kim jumped into action. They made sure these out-of-state runners had everything they needed so they could show up and run the KDF Half and Full Marathon as planned.

We’re proud to support not only the runners in our local community, but also those traveling from across the country to chase big goals here in our city. Because while the world is big, the running community is small, and we take care of our own.
