⚽️ PRECISION TRAINING YIELDS PRECISION PLAYING.
Here's a prefect example of precision training in action. A Lou City player came to me at my soccer camp. Upon assessment, I immediately noticed that he was unable to properly connect with the ball during heading drills. After just 15 minutes of a technical heading exercise, he was able to effectively head the ball back and forth. PRECISION TRAINING = PRECISION PLAYING. Way to go Simon!!! With his work ethic and the proper technical training, the sky's the limit for this athlete! ⚽️ ⚽️
