They are always someone you can count on. ❤️

Happy National Coaches Day to our KGA coaches! Thank you for encouraging our gymnasts through the hard days, celebrating every little victory, and helping them believe in themselves—on and off the mat. Your impact reaches far beyond the skills you teach.

Happy World Teachers’ Day!

🍎📚 Happy World Teachers’ Day!

Today we’re celebrating Ms. Kilah, our amazing Lead Teacher for GymSchool Express and First Stop Preschool! 💙 With 13 years of teaching experience in JCPS and a passion for helping children learn and grow, we’re so thankful for everything she brings to our students each day!

Help us show Ms. Kilah some love! ❤️

Putting gymnastics coaches at Topgolf is all fun and games until someone tries to judge your drive based on air awareness instead of hang time and gets genuinely offended when the screen doesn’t award bonus for degree of difficulty.

There’s something so special about seeing KGA come full circle. 💚

In 1984, Mitzi was photographed as a young gymnast at Kentucky Gymnastics Academy, being spotted by KGA founder Ingrid Bojanowski for a back walkover. More than 40 years later, Mitzi is back at KGA—this time as a mom, watching her own daughter grow as an athlete here. 🤸‍♀️

From one generation of gymnasts to the next, these are the moments that make 45 years of KGA so meaningful. We’re so proud to be a place where families can grow, return, and create new memories for generations. 💚

Once a KGA gymnast, always part of the KGA family.
