Cleans turn into cardio real quick if you do enough of em!! 🤣🤣
- Don’t hinge too much
- Start with explosive legs
- Drive elbows high
- Wait til top to flip
- Finish rotation elbows forward
- Reverse order on way down
Mainly use these on shoulder day, but they can be total body too!
