While I have been on a purposeful pause from social media, life has been anything but quiet behind the scenes. I’ve been fully focused on what matters most- family, building, teaching, learning, growing the studio, deepening the work we do, and showing up for our incredible clients-in real life, where the magic truly happens. So it came as a beautiful surprise to learn we’ve been named #1 Pilates Studio in LEO Weekly Readers’ Choice Awards 2025!

So grateful for the women in my life. Strong, supportive, successful, self sufficient, safe, loving, low drama, trustworthy, honorable, humorous, humble, intelligent, nurturing, giving, joyful and full of gratitude…just a few of my favorite parts of my tribe.

This is an awarded credential to those who have provided evidence that they meet established professional standards. National Pilates Certification Program’s Mission is to validate, preserve, and advance the legacy of Joe and Clara Pilates’ work for its lifelong benefits to health and wellness. It sets standards for professional competency necessary to safely and effectively teach the Pilates method to everybody.
The NPCP establishes guidelines for continuing education courses which encourage ongoing professional growth for certified teachers.
The NPCP is recognized through increased awareness by employers, health care industry, teacher training programs, and the general public as a professional standard in the Pilates field. All teachers of the Pilates method aspire to achieve an internationally recognized third-party certification.
The NPCP diversifies pathways to certification and to participating in the larger conversation of advancing the Pilates profession.
