Yellow Jacket Swarm: Central High School Athletics

A good team starts with a good coach. That coach can change the culture of a team. Not only do I want to celebrate Coach McKay’s first win @ Central, I want to recognize the growth this team has experienced this season vs last season.

After 3 games last season, we had scored a total of 6 points and one win. After 3 games this season, we have scored a total of 76 points and one win. Team morale is up, kids are having fun, kids are celebrating and encouraging each other as they are being celebrated and encouraged. The culture of Central Football has changed for the better.

Coach McKay doesn’t want any credit. He truly believes in team.
After the game vs Butler, he talked to the team and said this is our first win.
