PEAK500 is a 30-minute hybrid fitness event designed to test your output, endurance, and overall fitness across multiple stations. The goal is simple: accumulate as many points as possible, with 500 points representing the peak score across five stations. 

You will move through a series of stations combining cardio erg machines and functional strength movements—pushing your heart rate, muscular endurance, and pacing strategy simultaneously.
