F45 Games Day is a global, 60-minute trio partner workout event. This is an inside look at what F45 Games Day is all about!

HOW IT WORKS:
👉🏼 Teams of 3 rotate through 3 zones: Engine (Cardio) , Lift Off (Strength), and Hybrid
👉🏼 You’ll work together to rack up a shared team score to track in the app and see where you land on the leaderboard
👉🏼 It’s high-energy, strategic, and ALL about teamwork
