🌟 July Athlete of the Month: Amy Utterback! 🌟

If you’ve been to a noon camp, chances are you’ve been inspired by Amy! 💙

Amy joined us in January of 2023 on a winter promo and never looked back ✨

A busy mom of two and a yoga instructor, Amy shows up ready to put in the work. She constantly pushes herself to be better, embraces every challenge (even if it’s with a little playful hesitation 😅), and never misses a chance to lift up the people around her.

You can count on Amy to sneak in a mid-workout dance break whenever the opportunity presents itself, reminding us that fitness is about working hard and having fun.

Training cycle 7 is here and Emily is here with a Trainer Tip Tuesday to get us ready to perfect our RDLs 🔥

The RDL is:
✅ a hip hinge
✅ about pushing your hips back while keeping a strong, neutral spine
✅ feeling a stretch in your hamstrings before pressing through your heels to stand tall

The RDL is not:
❌ a squat
❌ about touching the floor
❌ about rounding your back

Let’s take these next couple of weeks to master the MOVE, and safely increase that weight. Your glutes (& lower back) will thank you! 👏

As we head into the final week of Training Cycle #7, now is the time to lock in your plan and finish strong. Whether your goal is increasing weights, improving form, hitting more camps, or simply staying consistent, make this week count.

Don’t let a strong month end with a slow finish. Show up with intention, trust the process, and give your best effort all week long. Let’s close out June the same way we started it—strong, focused, and committed to becoming our best selves. 💪
