Training cycle 7 is here and Emily is here with a Trainer Tip Tuesday to get us ready to perfect our RDLs 🔥
The RDL is:
✅ a hip hinge
✅ about pushing your hips back while keeping a strong, neutral spine
✅ feeling a stretch in your hamstrings before pressing through your heels to stand tall
The RDL is not:
❌ a squat
❌ about touching the floor
❌ about rounding your back
Let’s take these next couple of weeks to master the MOVE, and safely increase that weight. Your glutes (& lower back) will thank you! 👏
