Genesis Arts Kentucky, Inc. is committed to enriching lives of children and adults through the arts.
In 1984, Dolores White Baker's passion for the arts and commitment to arts education led her to create Genesis Arts Kentucky, Inc. Genesis Arts was born out of a love for dance and cultural enrichment. We aim to share arts education with the community, and emphasize its long lasting effects on the lives of youth. Recent increases in violence, adolescent obesity, and substance abuse, partnered with worsening academic performance has culminated a need for an alternative educational experience.

Genesis Arts Senior Enrichment Center is on the move! This week’s Nashville trip was a blast! We explored the NMAAM Museum, enjoyed a meal at historic Swett’s Restaurant, and celebrated Ms. Margaret with a surprise reception at Tennessee State University where she was treated like royalty by University President, Dwayne Tucker, Alumni Relations Director, Debbi Howard, and Alumni Coord, Jeffrey Thomas along with her sorors and support staff. Huge thanks to Aundra Lafayette and everyone for making our day unforgettable!
