Tomorrow the New Moon is in Scorpio. Typically as the days get shorter and the nights get longer, we often feel the need for introspection. This moon meeting we will be looking at a specific type of shadow work: the golden shadow.

✨ Today's yoga class had an unexpected visitor.…I had just finished telling everyone that the pose of the month is Firefly and wouldn’t you know it, a tiny firefly was crawling on my mat!

🌟🦟 She really understood the assignment! She was safely sent back outside to shine!

I guess sometimes, nature just wants to remind us to glow from the inside out. 💫✨
