Today was supposed to be my first day teaching at Crunch, but I have to get a SUB. I am sick y’all! I have a stomach bug and dehydrated. I’ll be back in two weeks.

Don’t worry tho… my girl Brandy will be with y’all tonight!! She is Amazing!!

Hey Zumba FAM!!! I’m back to teaching Full-time again on Thursdays at Crunch Fitness starting next week!! Tho I will be out on vacation April 2nd-8th on my cruise to Jamaica and Grand Caymans!!!

I just finished subbing my first class at Crunch! Other that not being able to connect to Bluetooth and needing an adapter it went well. Thank goodness the front desk had one.
