These two Seven Locks High School Coaches got soaked at the Octoberfest Invitational in Virginia. It didn’t stop Ryan Wilensky (4th place) and Owen Heilman (2nd place) from getting the job done! Congratulations coaches!

Seven Locks alumni and now Bullis HS athletes Owen Heilman and Alice Sheffield continue to collect the hardware. This time at the Carlisle Invitational. Owen finished 4th with a time of 15:40 and freshman Alice finished 17th with a time of 19:04.

Long day for Coach Johnny and Coach Laura at their first XC meet of the season. The team made it very worth it and dominating in all the age groups! Here’s a video from the 11/12 boys race and 7Locks going 1,3 & 4!

Bullis 8th grader Emma Pham and Kaitlyn Trombatore both go sub 18:25 in their weekend 5k races! Seven Locks athletes Kamari White, Finn Singleton and Leo Cellini go 2nd, 7th & 15th at the Trials for Miles MS 2 mile race. Great start to the XC season!
