AAU INDOOR NATIONALS RESULTS Pt 3/3: All three of our 4x800m relay teams medaled, and the 13-14 boys and 13-14 girls were both meet record-breaking national champions! Congrats to our relay teams!

AAU INDOOR NATIONALS RESULTS Pt 2/3: In addition to our four national champions, 14 of our athletes received All-American medals (by placing top 8). Congrats to everyone!

AAU INDOOR NATIONALS RESULTS Pt 1/3: We had four athletes become national champions in individual events this past weekend! Congrats to Morgan Byford (also broke a meet record), William Byford, Rafaella Friedman, and Asher Friedman!

These Seven Locks 4x800 relays teams make it look so easy today at the AAU Indoor Nationals. Both the 13/14 boys and girls teams take gold and our 9/10 boys take 3rd!

Congrats to Ophelia and Rafa for qualifying yesterday for NBNI in the mile!

Spring is right around the corner and Spring Track registration just opened on Monday. We are already getting close to our limit, so please do not hesitate to register so you can secure a spot on the team.
