Happy Wednesday, Fit Fam! It’s time to spotlight Fern Creek twin sisters, Amber and Farrah, who came in wanting to get stronger after having babies and stuck together ever since. Here is their story:
“We didn’t come in needing to lose any weight. We just wanted to get stronger and get our bodies moving again. Because if you don’t move it, you lose it lose it. We love how convenient FBBC is. Getting our workout done in 30 minutes is the best especially when you have kids.
My sister and I love working out together as well it’s like a team player and motivator keep eachother going. Our cousin has been a member there for years and talked us in to getting back into to working out and so we started back and have continued ever since. We love the coaches and the workouts are great!”
