is back from Abu Dhabi and I'm a little jealous of her fun adventures! (Slightly less jealous of her mobility. Just kidding.) Programmed some sots presses for her today (which we modified) in order to help strengthen and mobilize her back hips, and ankles, as she starts to get back into lifting again. She doesn't know it yet, but the next 6 weeks is going to be dedicated to improving her receiving position for both her lifts. Excited to have you back! Hope you had fun!! 🙂
