No wonder you're struggling with getting your M**F body backโฆ you're sitting on the back burner.
3 simple tips to put you first:
1. wake up before your kids do. This will give you some peace and quiet to start your day and leave you less anxious
2. Schedule out this time and think of it as an appointment. You don't miss a hair appointment when you have to meet someone else, so show up for you
3. โ Communicate with your partner that you need support from them and maybe extra help in some areas so you can fill up your cup.

๐๐๐๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ๐ฒ, ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐๐๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ you are wanting to improve your health, strength, nutrition doesnโt mean you have to lose weight or be in a dieting phase. All it means is you have a goal in mind, and you want to work towards it.
