This week, Hoffman, Chief Transformation Officer at Torc Robotics, dropped some serious business wisdom exclusively for the Vault™ Global Leadership community. Greg’s an absolute pro at transforming cultures and building high-performing teams, and he shared some real gems with us.

One lesson that really hit home was about finding the right company fit. I asked Greg how you can tell if a company is the right place for you or if it’s time to move on.

His answer?

It’s not about the company; it’s about you. If you know your personal why, you'll be able to spot the business cultures that fit you perfectly. Even the best-performing business won’t work for long if you can’t live your "why."

Your why is probably different from mine, but one thing’s for sure: knowing our why makes us happier, helps us add more value to our work, and lets us make a bigger impact for ourselves, our businesses, and our teams!
