How is your Saturday going! Mine, a lil me time in the nail salon having a ball with my cuz! Before that though I got the following accomplished!

Breakfast on the go - Fred egg half a piece of cheese on keto 35 cal bread sandwich.
Snack-1 - Apple slices
Lunch- frozen spinach, mushroom pizza and green juice

Happy Friday Fam! Woke up this morning feeling grateful! Got my
Meditation, Reading , and Visualization in, along with a full body workout, Breakfast was simply but 🔥. What was it you asked; It was a simple fried egg sandwich (made with 2 pieces of Hawaiian 35 calorie bread, 2 eggs, and 1/2 piece of cheese topped with Mike’s hot honey) along side strawberries and bananas. I said what I said 🔥🔥🔥

Pre-work- Cara Orange
Breakfast- Vegan Protein Shakes w/ mushroom coffee
Snack 1- oatmeal, peanut butter bar w/ mange strawberry medley
Lunch- Fajita Chicken Bowl - see video
Snack 2- Pretzel Crisp w/ almond butter and sliced apples
Dinner- Factor Meals

Breakfast- Starbucks Honey Chicken w/almond milk flat white Grande
Lunch- First Watch Market Skillet w/ carrot cake pancake (I COULD NOT EAT OT ALL) w/Kale Tonic
Pre-workout snack- Mediterranean herb nut mix
Dinner- First Watch sweet honey pecan salad
No after dinner snack
Late Night Workout-Upper Body can you say nothing but Shoulders

Fam I forgot to post yesterday’s workout ! Long day.. BUT GOD! Got up at 6:30am drunk my pre workout and then hit those abs with a hellva core workout.
Breakfast- Green Juice, fried egg in olive oil, turkey bacon, Keto toast
Lunch- Factor Meal sun-dried tomato chicken with zucchini noodles
Snack- A sandwich bag of wavy BBQ lays
Dinner- Factor chicken fettuccine with garlic broccoli
After Dinner Snack- No sugar chocolate and nuts w/ sleepy time tea
