Another moderate leg day clip. I love the day after heavy weights -> high reps.
Here I did sets of 20
Pulse lunge
Front squats
Jump switch high knees
Speed deadlifts
Overhead hold bike

Place an object on your foot and balance it while rotating on your stomach and back. Open up your hips!
