Personal Coaching and Training for 5k and 10k run/walk events - Beginners to Intermediate Weekly 30 to 60 minute group runs and walks are schedule every week.

You can use these as part of your 5k or 10k training program or to get out and socialize and have fun running. Monthly training programs and body measurements, weekly weigh-in, body fat %, and hydration analysis. On the weekends, there will be a variety of challenging workouts - speed work, distance training, trail runs, etc.

3 Mile run tomorrow morning at Davidson Mesa starting at 6 am - feel free to join me if you're interested! 10-15 min warm-up with a 10-15 min tempo or run at your own pace and cool-down. Stretch on your own before & after - Hope to see you there!

Runnin of the Green: This race was hilly, but maybe it's best that we didn't know how "hilly" it was in advance - everyone did AWESOME, LOOKED AMAZING, had a GREAT time before and after! I wish it wasn't over yet! Thanks girls for another fun day!!!
