Online fitness challenge starting September 27th.
This is a 6 week challenge for anyone who wants to workout at home with some support, encouragement, and guidance.
Dumbbells only required, if you have other equipment I can incorporate it for you.
All non members please click link below if you are interested in doing the 6 week challenge.
Price: $149 for 6 weeks.
Challenge will include:
✅Access to my app with workouts, and trackers
✅weekly check-ins
✅nutrition coaching
✅private Facebook accountability group
✅daily emails
✅Daily accountability check-ins
✅5 days of online training
✅Mindset coaching
Must be willing to workout at least 3 days a week.
Must be coachable.
App has ability to track progress, connect to Fitbit or apple watch and MyFitnessPal, and has videos to demonstrate exercises.

Easy at home workout.
12 Jumping Jacks
12 Tap squat jumps
12 plank Jacks
12 Short Toe Touches
Then rest.
Repeat this time do 11, rest, then 10, rest then 9, ect.
Even the baby wanted to test out the b***y bands. 😂😂😂
Easy at home workout if you have a chair to step on & a b***y band, if you don't have a baby grab some dumbells or a back pack with some books. Or if you are a beginner you can do these moves with no weights. Do 15 box squats, 15 step ups on each leg and 15 pulse band squats. Repeat 3 xs and add some sprints in between or a walk. Quick and easy. 😉💪
