, a 6-1, 203 CB from Olive Branch, Miss., told InsideTheVille.com he verbally committed to Louisville Friday.
Jallow hasn't visited Louisville, but spoke with UofL assistant Pete Nochta Friday morning and received his first offer from Bobby Petrino's Cardinals. Jallow says he also spoke with Petrino and committed to UofL.
“I talked to Coach Nochta today, they offered and I committed,” Jallow said. “I talked to Coach Petrino today, too. He asked me if I committed. We spoke for about 10 minutes.”
Jallow said he’s been talking to Nochta recently.
“I’ve been talking to Louisville for a month,” Jallow said. “He is really nice. We get along real good. He tells me a lot about their defense and their program. I feel like I can talk to him about anything.”
Why did Jallow commit to the Cardinals?
“I have been a big fan of Louisville since I saw them play in the Sugar Bowl against Florida,” he said. “I like their defense and the way they play. I’ve always been a big fan of Calvin Pryor. I think I can fit in well with their program.”
Jallow doesn’t have any other Division 1 offers, but visited Mississippi State last week.
“Mississippi State I think is close, but mostly I had offers from community colleges,” said Jallow.
Jallow, who recorded 44 tackles and one interception as a junior, says he plans to visit in the next month with his father.
“I’m just a hard-nosed corner and I find the ball and get to it,” Jallow said.
Possible alabama transfer looking at ul:
Here's the picture.
Also a little scoop:
Lindsay just arrived in the Ville this afternoon. He'll be here a couple days. Oklahoma gets him on campus over the weekend. He's already visited Michigan but based on what I'm hearing it sounds like the Wolves might be down the list.
Louisville is recruiting Lindsay to come in and play center. He has one more year of eligibility and definitely sees an opportunity to compete with walk-on Tobijah Hughley for the starting job.
Lindsay watched the offensive linemen intently most of practice, and was impressed and surprised by PJCS. He and I presume his father excused themselves toward the end of practice and went and toured around the stadium.
Lindsay's connection to Louisville is: 1) safety coach Greg Brown came from Alabama; 2) Bobby Petrino recruited Lindsay at Arkansas.
One other small detail: Eric Wood attended practice today and spent a few minutes talking with Lindsay.
We'll have more after his visit. Stay tuned.
Will I be apologizing 2 some folks tonite? I hope I do cause am gonna give u guys the biggest one ever!!
Is Blackshear by far the biggest mcds flop n ul history?

North Carolina 93 – Louisville 84: Cards Crumble In The Casino | The Cardinal Connect Let me just start off by saying that I didn’t expect to see that. Rick Pitino and the Louisville Cardinals had their worst game in recent memory as they were humbled by the North Carolina Tar Heels. The score was tied at the half, but Carolina was too much in the second half as they cruised to an e...
