Pain when she came in. NO PAIN when she left. That’s what holistic physical therapy can do.
The Middle Way
What if it were possible to live with peace and ease? Where your life no longer has pain, stress, or anxiety as the main headline of your story.
Because it turns out, presence is your birthright. And The Middle Way is here to help you reconnect with it.
Loving your body as it is isn’t an acceptance of defeat. It’s creating fertile ground for you to heal.
The link between insomnia and pain actually goes in both directions. Link in bio to schedule a free consultation. https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC6879497/
Overwhelm can feel…well overwhelming. But what if you could flip a switch and the overwhelm suddenly eased up? This is what we’ll explore in our call tonight. Sign up in stories
Sprucing up the space :)
I heard this quote several years ago. I have no idea where I heard it from. [your body is not just a plant stand for your head.]. I was instantly knocked back into reality. Our bodies have so much wisdom in them. Stop ignoring them :).
I used to figuratively bang my head against the wall in frustration when working with certain patients. I would get frustrated more than I’d like to admit when working with people and they didn’t see it my way.
Fortunately, I’ve come a long way in my work in healthcare. And I want to share what I’ve learned with anyone interested in enjoying their work again and maybe even making healthcare a little better for patients and providers alike.
Join me for: The Art of Working With “Difficult” Patients
When you consistently find yourself exhausted after a day of seeing patients, not to mention how it feels at the end of a normal work week, then it’s time to find a new way to work and be with the people who come to you for help.
You don’t have to change the system to change how you care for yourself and your patients in healthcare.
This is a 2 part workshop designed to help healthcare professionals be more effective and less burnt out when working with the patients who challenge us.
The workshops will be from 7:30-8:30pm EST on 2/11/26 and 2/18/26.
That which you truly are, does not change.
That which changes, is not who you really are.
Can rest bring about mindfulness and presence? I don’t know for sure - but I’m seeing something new that I wanted to share.
