Happy Birthday KFC Yum! Center! Thanks to all of our patrons around the state for helping to make it a great first year.

At this morning's Louisville Arena Authority board meeting five additional partners and mutiple one-year renewals were announced!

Today the Louisville Arena Authority unveils ‘Further,’ the public artwork that will be featured in the KFC Yum! Center. This 200-foot stainless steel sculpture by Al Price of Al Price Studio in Phoenix will be viewable during all events at the facility.

The Louisville Arena Authority just announced the installation of advanced technology at the KFC Yum! Center that allows wireless providers to connect to a system that will enhance their customers’ cellular capabilities. To date, AT&T and Verizon Wireless have linked into the system with additional wireless carriers coming soon. Details will be available soon at arenaauthority.com.

The Louisville Arena Authority and the Waterfront Development Corporation jointly honored Louisville Mayor Jerry Abramson for his contributions to the city with a sign near the corner of Main and Second streets on Friday, Dec. 17 at the KFC Yum! Center Norton Healthcare Plaza. The sign was designed by local studio De Leon & Primmer Architecture Workshop.
