Whatever your age or physical condition, we will help you reach your mind/body goals with unique methods designed especially for you. New Pilates Students

Students entering the studio are matched with a certified Instructor to introduce them to the practice of Pilates. The private session helps the instructor identify the movement patterns that need to be addressed for better posture and fitness.

A true delight having Brian back at Core for a special evening of Satsang.

Brian Lottman, a wandering monk, has held hundreds of "satsangs" at yoga studios, churches, and spiritual centers across the US and Canada. Satsang is an immersion into higher states of consciousness through energy healing, mystical mantra, sweet harmonium music and guided meditation.

Monica Vaught-Compton discovered yoga in her early twenties and has been a dedicated practitioner ever since. What began as a journey of personal transformation naturallv evolved into guiding others along the path.

For her, yoga is a way of life - expressed through daily mat practice meditation, and pranayama. She holds teaching authorization in Series 1-3 of Yogastha Sadhana. a vinvasa-based method with roots in the Ashtanga and Ivengar traditions, and has completed additional trainings in yoga philosophy breathwork, wellness. inversions, and core integration.

Meeting students where they are - from experienced practitioners to those new to the mat - Monica teaches with depth and practicality while supporting a grounded awakening of body and mind. She teaches weekly at Core Pilates and Yoga in Norton Commons.
