Yom HaShoah commemorates the victims of the Holocaust (known as the Shoah in Hebrew).

The date was chosen because it falls within the timeframe of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising in 1943.

This year, Yom HaShoah is commemorated on April 14, which is 27 Nisan on the Hebrew calendar.

Training is available onsite for new lifeguards. Lifeguards are responsible for ensuring the safety of all members and guests by monitoring the pool, enforcing facility rules, and responding quickly to emergencies.
