We have another Leadership Class coming up at the end of the month for our Elite Kid advanced belts!

This class is a great opportunity for students looking to continue building their leadership skills and for anyone interested in becoming an instructor in the future. Since this class is specifically for Elite Kid advanced belts, we will be able to go more in depth and move at a quicker pace than usual.
We will be covering topics such as:
• Creating lesson plans for different age groups
• Leading drills and classes effectively
• Giving praise and constructive feedback
• Staying proactive and professional on the mat

Leadership training classes are an important part of developing strong and confident leaders. For students interested in becoming instructors one day, attending at least 3 leadership classes is required. Even for students not planning to instruct, I highly recommend these classes since leadership is also part of belt testing requirements at the higher ranks.

Looking to get active and learn real self-defense?
Our adult martial arts classes (ages 15+) are taught by the best and built for all experience levels.

Train in:
• Taekwondo – build strength, flexibility, conditioning, and sharp striking technique through structured training, drills, and detailed instruction
• Kadena de Mano – a practical, close-quarters self-defense system focused on real-world situations, including joint locks, disarms, and weapons training

Whether you’re just starting or getting back into training, classes can be adapted to your pace, including working around past injuries.

Taekwondo classes are led by Master Welsh, a 7th Degree Black Belt.
Kadena de Mano classes are led by Samson Cornette, with over 35 years of martial arts experience across multiple disciplines.

We are now kicking off the new curriculum, and classes are always better with friends. You are welcome to bring a friend to try a class, and if they sign up, you will receive 15% off one student’s tuition for as long as they remain enrolled. If a sibling joins, you will receive 20% off that student’s tuition.

Last week we wrapped up a trimester with belt testings. Congratulations to everyone who earned their next rank, and thank you to all the parents who helped them prepare.

We are kicking off the new trimester with Fun Week, filled with extra games and activities (regular classes resume next week). This week is also Bring a Friend Week. It is completely free to bring a friend or sibling, and if they sign up, you can receive 15% off tuition or 20% for a sibling sign-up.

Classes and games are always more fun with friends.

Today’s seminar with Suru Emanuel Hart was amazing, and he’ll be back tomorrow for an even longer session from 1:00–5:00 PM at Advantage Martial Arts. Don’t miss this once-in-a-lifetime seminar to train with one of the best. He also flew all the way from France. Suru Hart is the head instructor of Inayan System 3 Eskrima and a protégé of the late Grandmaster Mike Inay.

Open to students ages 10+ (no experience needed).
Topics include single & double stick, self-defense concepts, and reactive knife training.
Cost: $65 for one day or $99 for both
