I’ve been recovering since December from re-tearing my supraspinatus (rotator cuff) and while I was supposed to go to physical therapy today and screwed up my transportation, I made proverbial lemonade. Did 30 minutes of cardio on my Krankcycle and another 30 in my infrared sauna.
