D-BAT Louisville is excited to welcome Madison Davis as our newest softball instructor!

A 2026 alum of Bellarmine University, Madison brings a Division I perspective on both the mental and physical approach to hitting and defense. A former standout at Oldham County High School, she was a 6-year varsity letter winner and 5-year starter, earning honors as a two-time East-West All-Star, Team Kentucky All-Star, All-8th Region selection, 8th Region Tournament MVP, and two-time All-District Tournament Team selection.

At Bellarmine, Madison started 154 games over four years, primarily in left field, and led the team in outfield assists in 2024, 2025, and 2026. Offensively, she ranked 3rd on the team in RBIs and home runs, while becoming one of the toughest hitters to strike out at the Division I level—recording just 2 strikeouts in 42 conference games and only 3 in 50 total games. She was also a 4-time Academic All-ASUN Scholar Athlete.

Madison is passionate about coaching, teaching, and empowering young women—helping them grow as athletes, teammates, and confident, well-rounded individuals.

A former Charlestown High School sectional champion and three-year varsity starter, Jon brings years of playing and coaching experience to the next generation of athletes. From coaching at Clarksville and New Washington High School to leading competitive summer teams, he’s helped players reach the next level and win along the way.

Jon continues to compete at a high level and brings that same energy, knowledge, and passion into every lesson. His focus? Developing confident, skilled athletes both on and off the field.
