Everyone wants to own a CrossFit gym until sucking up sewer water is your exciting Friday night. 💪🏻

Her orthopedic has reserves on her doing CrossFit. She said she was still going to come even though her knees are really unhappy with her, (she hasn’t worked out in years, just started here, signed up for a WHOLE YEAR!)

She is determined to get healthy and strong.💪🏻 She may not be to “CrossFit standards” just yet, but we got her in a squat that WE WERE BOTH comfortable with and sending her hips down and back (turning her hamstrings on and letting her glutes fire instead of being quad dominant).

Next she already agreed to box squats! With more and more trust, she is going to get there and together we are going to start her healing process. Thankful for the patience she has with us and trusting the process. Look 👀 out for Sadie, she will be squatting below parallel in no time!

If you see Sadie congratulate her on taking this HUGE step for her health. She also told me she needed heavier bands for muscle ups, because when it’s muscle up day, we all do a version of a muscle ups!! 💪🏻
