Alright, you've made it to the gym.
Even on Labor Day.
Now let's actually know what we're doing. 😂
THIS WEEK'S FOCUS: Dumbbell RDLs 🍑
A few things to remember:
→ Keep the dumbbells close to your legs.
→ Push your hips BACK instead of squatting down.
→ Keep your core tight and back neutral.
→ Lower until you feel that stretch through your hamstrings.
→ Drive your hips forward to stand.
And yes, you should feel this in your hamstrings and glutes.
If your lower back is filing a formal complaint, check your form before adding more weight.
Save this one for your next lower-body day.

Okay. Week one of habit building was fun.
New routine. New playlist. New energy.
Then week two shows up.
The laundry is multiplying. Someone forgot their lunch. Work is insane. You slept terribly. And suddenly skipping the gym sounds extremely reasonable.
This is where the investigation gets interesting. 🕵️♀️
Because THIS is where the habit actually gets built.
Not on the days you feel motivated.
On the completely ordinary Tuesday when you don't really feel like going…
and you go anyway.
It doesn't have to be your best workout.
It just has to count.
Join our community and bring a friend.
It makes the process easier.

Motivation is cute.
A routine is better.
Because motivation wakes up some mornings like, “LET'S GOOOOO.”
And other mornings she has disappeared without explanation and is three episodes deep into a crime documentary.
This is why we're building HABITS.
Pick your days.
Pick your time.
Make showing up the goal.
You don't need every workout to be amazing.
You need enough ordinary workouts that going to the gym eventually feels like something you just… do.
Less starting over.
More showing up.

Friendly reminder:
You do NOT have to become a “gym girl” before you start going to the gym.
You don't need matching sets.
You don't need to know what every machine does.
You definitely don't need to understand why someone is walking around carrying a gallon jug of water.
You just have to walk through the door.
Confidence usually comes AFTER you start, not before.
Come awkward. Come nervous. Come completely unsure of what you're doing.
Just come.

“I don’t have time to work out.”
Listen, we investigated. 🕵️♀️
And the evidence suggests you probably don’t need *more* time, you need a plan for the time you already have.
School drop-off → workout.
Before work → workout.
Lunch break → workout.
Before pickup → workout.
Start with 30 minutes. Pick a couple days. Put them on the calendar like an appointment.
Because if you’re waiting for a completely free afternoon to magically appear…
We regret to inform you that case has gone cold. 😂
Start small. Make it repeatable. Then build from there.

The backpacks are packed. The school schedules are set. And your house is *slightly* quieter. 👀
So… what are we doing with YOU?
Not a complete life overhaul. Not a 5 a.m. alarm. Not suddenly becoming the woman who meal preps 14 identical containers on Sunday.
Just finding a little space in your week that belongs to you.
This fall, we’re not starting over.
We’re building a routine that actually fits your life.
Welcome to your back-to-you reset. 🖤

Most people think the gym is physical.
It’s not.
It’s one of the few places
where you learn how to sit in discomfort…
and not run from it.
That ability transfers.
Into hard conversations.
Into healing.
Into rebuilding what’s broken.
That’s a transferable concept.
