Testimonial Tuesday✨

Jenna came in because she had hit a wall.

Significant health issues. Barely able to get out of bed. Maybe an hour or two up each day. She knew she needed a professional — someone who would rebuild muscle slowly and work with her limitations instead of throwing her into a random workout.

That’s what she found here.

Over the last several months she noticed a real change in her energy. She can get up and do things with her kids all day. She feels more present. She’s getting her muscle back and her body to a healthier place.

Her advice:
“Just come in and try it, because you don’t really have anything to lose. Once you start seeing those small results, it just starts to compound… everyone has to start somewhere.”

If you’ve been waiting for the “right time,” this is your sign.

Congrats Chelsea — 16 weeks in and already a whole new chapter. 💍💪

She started at NoCo Fitness with a wedding date on the calendar and one clear goal: feel confident and strong by dress fitting. Brand new to exercise, she jumped in anyway — showing up, following the nutrition plan, and training twice a week with Tom.

The change came fast. Then she got stronger. Then she added days. Now she’s in the gym 3–4 times a week, down 29.5 lbs, 24.9 lbs of body fat, and 9.9% body fat — and looking and feeling fabulous as the wedding gets closer.

This is what happens when consistency meets the right support. We’re so proud of you, Chelsea. Enjoy every bit of this season.

Thinking about your own goal (wedding, reunion, just feeling better in your own skin)? Come train with us in Greeley or Loveland. No contracts, no judgment — just a community that shows up with you.

Tuesday Testimonial ✨

Meet Susan!

When Susan first came to NoCo Fitness, she wanted to stay healthy, mobile, and active with her grandkids — getting in and out of the car easily and playing on the floor without pain.

Chris’s thorough movement assessment immediately stood out. He spotted her knee and back issues right away and created a plan that actually worked for her body. Now she’s doing things she never could before — like push-ups! — and feels stronger every day.

“I just want to be healthy… and I’m still able to do those things.”

The trainers meet you exactly where you are, the community is incredibly supportive, and Susan says she can’t imagine aging without NoCo Fitness by her side.

Thank you for sharing your story, Susan! 💪
