I am a 47-year-old wife, mother of 4 adult children, grandmother of 5. I am a fairly new Nutrition & Fitness Coach certified in Nutrition and Personal Training.

So.... I haven't been on here much.
Got into a weird head space, as you know I'm new to this part. I have a hard time speaking on video, uet this is what I really want to do.
I always say "If it scares you a little bit, you should probably do it."
Stay tuned... Im about to conquer my fears.
What am I scared of??
Opinions..m that's what. How other people will perceive me and what they may say. But... I'm forever saying that doesn't matter. I tell people that on a daily basis.
I'm back at it & plan to be unapologetically me.
