Learning your way around a weight room is an empowering experience. When you add in the benefit of supporting your development as a climber, it becomes clear how central lifting is to athletic longevity.

From mitigating injury, to enhancing recovery, to bolstering strength and improving resilience, every climber should feel comfortable, confident, and capable incorporating a regular lifting practice into their routine.

We are excited to be partnering with to bring you a workshop covering fundamental lifts for supporting climbing performance. Join us next Tuesday at 7p and learn the core lifts that will take your climbing to the next level.

SUMMER CAMP IS HERE!
Next week we are kicking off our summer camp season! We have plenty of spots still available the last week of June and the last 3 weeks of July! If you are interested in signing up or hearing more information give us a call or check out our website! We are so excited to have a gym full of youth climbers this summer! We hope to see you there.

This Adventurer’s season has come to an end! Thank you to everyone that supports our youth programs here at Mosaic! It has been a blast climbing with the Loveland community. We’ll see you next fall!

Starting TONIGHT, Megan will be offering FREE yoga on Tuesdays throughout the month of June! Members can RSVP and the public is free to join the remaining spots. Please give her a very warm welcome!

In honor of Juneteenth, and are proud to announce a community initiative focused on outdoor equity. On Friday, June 19th, both facilities will host a pay-what-you-can day for all participants.

We recognize the historical and systemic exclusion of marginalized groups from outdoor spaces and adventure sports. To help narrow this adventure gap, 100% of net day pass proceeds from the day will be donated to a guest-nominated local non-profit dedicated to making outdoor recreation accessible to all.

We are actively seeking nominations from our community for beneficiaries, as well as inviting local organizations to be present in our facilities to share their missions and recruit volunteers.
